Can I Bless U Today! =)

It’s Friday Everyone!

I came close to pulling an all nighter last night, this morning, yesterday, today… it’s all the same right now! So, forgive me if I look rough and sound grouchy… yes, I need a nap! LOL

If you called me, left me a voice mail at the house, office, or cell phone, or you texted me, facebooked me, twittered me, myspaced me, emailed me, knocked on my office door, waved at me driving down the road, sent me a message through Kristen, Emily, Coree, or Heaven… or you just wished that I had thought to initiate some kind of contact to YOU yesterday… please have MERCY! LOL

Life is good though… Mrs. Naomi Rahman just sent me a very kind email from her death bed stating that I am the beneficiary of her 3 billion dollar estate! What a nice lady… to leave all that money to a guy she’s never met before! It’s makes me cry! (patting his eyes with a handkerchief) I just don’t know what to say! This is such a blessing… and it’s just in time!

Oh… and just as soon as Mrs. Naomi Rahman gets finished processing my bank account information… Emily and I are giving $250,000 to each person that’s posted a comment on this blog site! Just a small token of our appreciation… thanks for pioneering with us you guys! What a way to celebrate our first 180 days!

So leave your comments because TODAY is day 177! Come on… let us know where you are from and how life is going for you these days!

Tell us something interesting… share your favorite bible verse, your favorite book, your favorite place in the world, your favorite song of all time, your favorite food, you most embarrassing moment, your most triumphant moment, your biggest miracle, your deepest spiritual experience, your most compassionate act of all time, your biggest blessings, and any other random thing you feel comfortable sharing with your bloggies! (WOW… ANOTHER NEW WORD CREATED!!!!!!)

Bloggies: friends from the bloggosphere!

Ok, I just finished praying blessings over you beautiful guys and gals, thanking God for all my dear BLOGGIES! Have a most outstanding day! We love you all so very much!

PS: You do realize that Mrs. Naomi Rahman is an evil identity thief disguised as a compassionate dying lady… and she’s probably not leaving her 3 billion dollar estate to us, right? I’m terribly sorry for any emotional instability this joke may have caused you today! LOL

    Hi Marlene,

If you don't mind me asking, who is God? Do you know him, or is He simply a higher power that you embrace?

  3. Hey Chuck,
I was believing you!!! In fact it would not surprise me. You should pray that prayer into existence. You do know there was a local man who left 8 million dollars to Charity just recently and I talked to a man just Saturday who received $100,000.00 of it for their church in Waynesboro. These things can happen. He divided it up amongst local churches from what I was told. Not sure about all of it though. We know the power of prayer so….

Father, Your word says we can pray and ask and have FAITH believing that we receive the things we ask for and we will have them. We pray for this thought of Pastors to come to reality and for someone to look for a place to leave their inheritance and we know and believe your word is truth we claim your promises and we thank you for this 3 million dollars that you are blessing Destiny Family Center with , WHEW! In Jesus name, WE THANK YOU !

    Mark 11:23,24
23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Well, Pastor you might want to start figuring out what you are going to do with all that money when it gets here!!! We need to prepare.

  4. Hey Michelle,
That is really cool about your fast and how God timed it all!!! Thanks for sharing:)

  5. Wow! Ha ha… what a cool post. Well, Vickie is right, you need to start preparing yourself for God to shower these kinds of blessings upon you! For He does make it “rain,” right?

I would share my most embarrassing moment, but I don’t want it published for all the bloggies to read (LIKE that word, by the way! Very cool word…)

So you want us to share something interesting…

I recently completed a fast, a 39-day fast, in which the Lord showed me many things. TONS of things. I was hoping to make it to Day 40, but the Lord stopped it on Day 39. Now, the interesting thing, I think, is that one of the reasons He called me into this fast was for intercession for a friend who is battling cancer, and of course we all know that Jesus received 39 stripes, right? So I thought that was significant.

The other significant — interesting — thing about this fast, was that when I began it, I had no idea of the timing that was involved. I began it on Feb. 23, and did not realize at that time, that I would be ending the fast so close to Easter. Well, I accepted Christ at age 9, on the Wednesday before Palm Sunday, and made my public profession of faith on Palm Sunday, four days later. This fast ended on the Thursday between those two days this year, exactly 40 years afterwards. So, I was called into a fast, that would last almost 40 days, that would end right at my 40th spiritual birthday.

Kinda cool, don’t you think? God has impeccable timing!

    Hi Chuck!

I’m sitting here with my favorite cousin and have been reading your blogs and other of your writings. You gave me alot to think about. There are areas where we really disagree (politics!) but we both embrace a higher power whom we call God and who loves us all.

Unfortunately we were unable to watch the service live on Wednesday night. we’ll be watching Sunday morning and I know Super would love it if you sent a shout out to him! We’ve really been enjoying his company and having fun. He’s very popular down here. Steve speaks very highly of you and we appareciate the care and attention you’ve shown him.

Well, we gotta go. Hope to meet you someday.

    Love,
    Marleen

Oh, that is a hoot! I don’t get to your blog until later in the day, so Vickie told me to make sure I checked it TODAY! I was reading and thinking I can’t accept that…I was starting to panic. Your a funny funny man. I needed to reminded to have a sense of humor, thanks. That’s work a million.

  11. Nuala says:

Yeah, you would be amazed at how many people actually respond to these types of emails. I am pondering today how many fall into a trap like this. Why are people so easily deceived? I am not saying Pastor Chuck tried to deceive us. I am praying for people to renew their minds and lives in Christ so they aren't easily deceived.

A few years ago I got a similar email and I responded and told the person they really should find someone else to give the money to. I knew it was a hoax. This person emailed back and forth with me for months. They got so mad at me because I wouldn't accept their money. After a few months I received an email from the government that stated that the person was arrested for identify fraud.

Embarrassing moments oh they happen all the time…..last week I was talking to my class and I don't even remember the word I meant to say, but instead said fart. It was hilarious.

The Bible is my favorite Book!!!

I love life and love Jesus. My heart belongs to Jesus.

Each day is a day to know God more!!!

Speak Your Mind
