Wow Pastor it sounds like God is really pouring into you and thats awesome. I love it when God clarifies His personal assignment on our lives. Now the mantle will fit perfectly. David couldnt wear Saul's armour he had to wear what God clothed him in. Same office different assignment. I cant wait for the giants to fall!!!!!! I am so looking forward to you coming back. We really miss you guys. Be blessed

the scriptures are quite clear as to what the responsibilities of a Pastor are. that has not changed because God has not redefined the job description. one does not need to have experience as a pastor to understand what God has set forth as the mandate for Pastoral ministry. if it has been redefined it is only because of denominational influence. this is and alway's has been my argument for the biblical mandate. every office carries with it a specific responsibility be it Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor or Teacher. you are a tremendously motivated individual.be motivated to be the best Pastor that God has called you to be.

Are u speaking from experience Randy? lol

Seriously, Paul had the guts to ask his followers to, "follow ME as I follow the Lord." If I am called to lead, then it's very important for ME to more fully understand the meaning of my own life and calling. Please don't missunderstand my aim in this quest... my heart burns to LEAD people to a land of promise... and to assist them as they do the same.

Thanks for stating the obvious and allowing me to address it… We must always check our motives and ask, “why do I want to lead?” for me… it's because of Gods CALLING... and to make a real and lasting difference for others.

To lead for fame or reward... or to satisfy a need to feel accomplished... not good.

God bless you Randy!

a pastors responsibility is to neither lead nor manage.a pastors sole responsibility is to shepherd. period. not at all implying that you should be but there are to many men who are pastoring churches who should be selling used cars. my primary concern is that there are to many Is in your thinking.
