Happy Monday!
What a weekend that was! Something like 30 people started following Jesus for the very first time… PASSION WAS AWAKENED for a multitude of others-young and old, people will never be the same again! So many people sacrificed and united to do something great for this community. Between Re-Up 09 and Sunday morning @ Destiny Family Center… for me, it was a weekend for the chronicles!
Last night, during the final worship set… I looked around at some of the people who have been SO loyal to my family and to our ministry… and I was TOUCHED in such a big way! Really, we have some of the best friends in the whole wide world! There is no greater gift.
This weekend also helped me to see how HUMBLE and LOVING our church family has become over the past six months. Challenge always provides an opportunity for BRINGING UP OUR BEST… when we chose to let it RISE!
Cassie Wade, a dear friend and member of our church… she came up to me last night just before I preached… and she gave me a hug and said, “I just wanted you to know how much Ricky and I love you… and we’re praying for you… you’re gonna do great tonight!” You see what I’m saying here! What’s CRAZY is this: Cassie’s comment was ONLY ONE of something like 30 comments I received JUST LIKE THAT!
Another thing I noticed this weekend… is how little drama we’ve had lately… and how it doesn’t appear that anyone in the entire ministry is striving for power or fighting for recognition. This makes for a PEACEFUL life! God has kept me alive for victories too glorious for comprehension… and for doing life with the best of his best!
So this morning, I say thank you to all the KIND people in my life… for all the KIND people in this world. I say thank you to all the FAITHFUL, LOYAL people in this world. I say thank you especially, to the people in MY LIFE who LOVE me like CRAZY… to the people who demonstrate this love in so MANY HEART FELT ways each and every week.
Life is good for me these days… I’ve been blessed with BEAUTIFUL friends and great helpers of the bold vision we’re setting out to accomplish. The fruitfulness of our synergetic efforts these days is PROFOUND enough to bring me to tears!
I simply cannot fathom what the future holds when I consider the QUALITY of people in my life! I’m praying for you all this morning… with a happy and PEACEFUL heart!

I couldn't agree more. I was so blessed by everything and everyone this weekend! There are not words! I know I mentioned this, but I ended up in the front last night with all the new young believers, and it was wonderful to hear their prayers as many of them were on their knees! It brought me to tears! I know their lives will never be the same! They have gotten the best gift they could ever receive! The entire Re-Up team made that possible! Praise God for everyone’s faithfulness!! Thanks again Pastor, Emily, Coree and Heaven and everyone who was involved in this amazing event! We love you guys!!

I totally agree with you about our church family. Last night, since I was recording I was in the balcony a lot. I witnessed a view different from the night before and I have to say it too was indescribably awesome!
Your message and drama together was incredible about the demon possessed man from Mark Chap 5! WOW! Everything, both nights, Nathan’s message, the food, the whole atmosphere of working together as a team to accomplish an end result THAT is what touched me about our church too.
Most of all, the lives of those kids that will be forever changed, that’s what this is really all about!

All I can say is Thank you God, DFC family, Pastor Chuck, and my amazing children. The weekend was unbelievable. I Love you all. Lives were changed.. Mine was changed. Can’t wait for Wednesday.
all i can say is WOW .. somehow i can feel the HEAT, the PASSION, the EXCITEMENT, and all the AMAZING thing you’ve just shared. it makes me wants to fly and be there and meet all the beautiful people in your family and in your church ..

Yes, INDEED we are worshiping the ALMIGHTY GOD, the EL SHADDAI, the UNLIMITED GOD who works and manifest through the limited human being .. and im “Amazed” again and again. Its been a hectic week over here and YET a powerful week with God with so many MIRACLES happen out of my own thought, and my own hope .. He is ROCK

And no wonder people loves you ps Chuck .. you really catch the heart of God and that whats makes you like a MAGNET. Yes you humbly come to peoples and in the same time, you DRAG people into your heart and into God’s heart. What a powerful thing ..

I believe life is good everyday if you are living for God. I know that at times it doesn't seem like a good day because of situations…..but truly every day is a good day when you live for God.
Most definately Nuala! Some days and seasons are just a whole lot more fruitful than others… or maybe its just that we recognize our blessings at certain times whereas we don't at others. Either way… life is always GOOD as long as there is a God… and that will NEVER change. (smile)
