Love and CHALLENGE the process NOT running away 2. GIVE more not TAKE more 3. PRAY FOR A BIGGER STRENGTH not pray for the smaller problem 4. SEE, analyze, summarize, feel then TALK (NOT talk, feel, summarize, analyze, and see) 5. Do the JOB because of the RESPONSIBILITY and NOT ORDER 6. GOOD listener and not just a GOOD TALKER 7.
