Hey Pastor Chuck!

Wow, I'm the first to comment? That's amazing. I bet everyone is busy with familiy and friends, or else you would have had lots of comments here. (Of course, by the time I get finished typing this, with all the interruptions I've had, this may not be the first post!)

God has been speaking a lot of things to me concerning this new year. I believe this year is going to be a brighter, fresher, more alive, more energetic, exciting, electric, thrilling year, than 2009 could have ever been.

I know for me personally 2009 was a year of "judgment." And not judgment in a bad way, but a year of evaluating, of analyzing, of realizing, and of coming to grips with a lot of things. It was a year of "correcting the course" and of "paths made straight." And those things can be hard to go through. But now, there seems to be such a release. It's as if God has said, "okay, now I've got you back where you belong. NOW we can get moving!"

And I'm not talking about gross error, or horrible sin, that needed to be dealt with. I'm talking about thought processes that needed to be straightened out, the wiping away of beliefs that just weren't true, to be replaced with fresh revelation and a new way of seeing things, in order to see life as God sees it.

The journey is nowhere complete, because God is still working, but there is now a hope and excitement, and a joy inside me that wasn't there last year.

So I feel like the journey through 2009 was a hard one, like you said, but I feel that the journey through 2010 is going to be exciting and fun! With lots of new things to be experienced!

Blessings to you as you embark on your journey!

Amen bro! I like the challenge!

Hey be sure to check out the big things that happened at the Onething Conference this year with IHOP. http://www.ihop.org/Publisher/Article.aspx?ID=100...

Our YWAM Founder, Lauren Cunningham was a speaker there as well, some amazing things are happening in 2010 in regards to missions and the gospel!

Also, check out this rad video "Finger of God" by Darren Wilson. http://www.fingerofgodfilm.com/#/trailer/ It will get you super pumped if you want to see miracles become an every day experience

I'm excited for what God's gonna do in this New Year! All things are possible through Him :)
