Happy Monday!

I accidently posted the wrong link for yesterdays blog on twitter and facebook… sorry everyone! Thanks to Cathy Simpson for letting me know… God bless you young lady!

Everyone needs to read yesterdays blog: Inspirational Story: A Surprise of Comfort on a Sad Day! --it was a very GOOD one!

Heaven and I will be heading for home this evening. Gonna have to leave Emily and Coree here in Richmond again. Praying they are able to wrap things up here very soon and return to the mountains with my mother in law.

I guess I better clean my dirty house FAST! Maybe if I’m better prepared, they will come home faster! You know: the atmosphere of expectancy is the breeding ground for miracles!

I want to expect good things this week! How about you?

This is my YEAR! And it can be your year too! I just can’t have faith FOR you… and YOU can’t have faith for me… so we’re gonna have to EXPECT GREAT THINGS for ourselves!

Don’t rely on your FEELINGS this year… rely on your FAITH! Rely on that hunk of a God who’s standing on the other end of your faith!

Romans 4:17-20

¹⁷ That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him, “I have made you the father of many nations.” This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who CREATES NEW THINGS OUT OF NOTHING.

¹⁸ Even when there WAS NO REASON FOR HOPE, Abraham KEPT HOPING—believing that he would become the father of many nations. For God had said to him, “That’s how many descendants you will have!”

¹⁹ And Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead—and so was Sarah’s womb.

²⁰ Abraham NEVER WAVERED in believing God’s promise. In fact, HIS FAITH GREW STRONGER, and in this he brought glory to God.

Great things happen when…

Great things HAPPEN when… We believe in the God who brings the dead back to life and who CREATES NEW THINGS OUT OF NOTHING!

Great things HAPPEN when… We KEEP HOPING, especially when there is NO REASON FOR HOPE!

Great things HAPPEN when… Our faith DOES NOT WEAKEN!

Great things happen when… WE NEVER WAVER, NEVER WAVER, NEVER WAVER… and our faith GROWS STRONGER!

And WHEN great things happen… this brings GLORY TO GOD!

Let me end this message by repeating that quote from H. Jackson Brown Jr.

Never let the odds keep you from doing what you know in your heart you were meant to do!

There it is… just a simple message about faith on the FIRST DAY of the SECOND MONTH of your MOST PROLIFIC YEAR! I hope todays blog adds tremendous value to your amazing lives! I just finished praying for my loving blog tribe… hope you feel the difference all day long!
