My 7 Step Best Week Plan!

Happy Monday!

How are you feeling this morning? Exhausted? Anxious? Irritated? Overwhelmed? Numb? Silly? Optimistic? Creative? Adventurous?

What kind of week are you predicting from here? Tragic? Stressful? Boring? Average? Good? Very Good? AHHHH, the best week EVER!!

Are you approaching this week on purpose, or leaving it up to chance? Do have a plan, a positive expectation?

How about your TIME? Who are you spending it with? What are you spending it doing? How are you spending the first hour of each day? How much of your time will be spent reacting to problems, vs. the time you will spend on your DREAMS?

Here’s my 7 Step BEST WEEK plan…

1. Empower yourself for the first hour of every day!

  • Read your Bible, pray with some really good music playing in the background, read through your 2010 life plan, dream about your week and your amazing future!

2. Meditate on one Bible verse all day long!

  • This is the verse that jumped off the pages during your morning routine!
  • Every time something comes up that threatens to disrupt your emotional state of mind… quote that verse with passion!
  • This allows you to stay in FAITH, rather than to be tossed around with rouge feelings!

3. Resist the disempowering energies of bad people! lol

  • We run into controlling, jealous, insecure, bitter, angry people every day of our lives.
  • If we’re not very careful, these people cast spells on us… they zap our joy and creativity!
  • No more! Starting today, you’re going to stop letting other people bring you down!
  • Here’s a verse to memorize: ”For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” -1Timothy 1:7
  • Say this a hundred times a day if you need to: God makes me POWERFUL! I am a loving person! I have a sound mind! Therefore, I will NOT be fearful… and I will not fall under the negative powers of other people!
  • If these disempowering people are authorities in your life, be sure to honor them while inwardly resisting the negative effects of their attitudes and actions.
  • Pray for such people! Overcome evil with good… make the difference!

4. Have a happy, positive, energizing conversation with one POWERFUL peer every day!

  • This is very important! You’re never going to reach your life goals in a negative peer circle. Take the time to work on this! Look around! Is there a person now within your reach… maybe a few persons… people you can better SYNERGIZE with?
  • Once you’ve created this new dream team, spend 15 minutes each day synergizing with a POWERFUL peer!

5. Increase your energy and multiply your happy endorphins!

  • I know! I was doing good until this one!
  • Trust me, life goes a million times better when we eat healthy and exercise!
  • Make it fun! Join a gym where you can swim in the pool and hang out in the hot tub after your fun workout!
  • Eat fresh fruits and vegetables! Reduce your meal portions! Replace some of your soft drinks and coffee’s with some DELICIOUS water!

6. Become a master of balance!

  • Sometimes, we have to throw our lives out of balance for various reasons. When this happens, be careful to bring your life back into balance as soon as possible.

7. Power yourself down each night with prayer! Thank God for all the good things, ask him to wake you up each next day in FAITH!

  • Create a 15-30 minute bedtime routine!
  • Read one chapter from a good book, read one chapter from the Bible, thank God for the blessings of your day, pray out loud for your friends and family, talk to God about your fears of tomorrow, and pray to wake each next morning ALIVE, AWAKE, and FULL of ENERGY!
