Happy Saturday!

Last night, we went to the grand opening of Freedom Outreach & Worship Center in Mt. Jackson, VA. Had a great time! Strangely, my dear friend and key note speaker Evangelist Gerald Mayhan spoke from the very same text I’ve been using since the beginning of the year: Joshua 1:8

He talked about…

1. Hearing the Word of God
2. Meditating on the Word of God
3. Standing on the Word of God

We laughed our heads off for the entire message… as always with Mayhan, the impact was profound! Definitely added some nitrous to my fire! Thoroughly enjoyed the road trip with Ron Brenneman, Pam Myers, Betty Dorondo, Kristin Bellavia, and my lovely wife! Makes me very excited about church tomorrow at Destiny Family Center!

Today… I’m taking my family to the Highland County Maple Festival! It’s been one of our annual family traditions for the past 20 years… and a VERY big deal to my daughter this year. Why? I have no idea! (lol) Check out Heavens facebook and you’ll see her excitement! She’s been walking around the house singing, “We’re goin to the Maple Fest-i-vallll, doot doooo!”
