Happy Thursday!
Many claim that last night was the greatest worship service @ Destiny Family Center in a few years! Woah! Nobody could have predicted the beauty of that moment.
Everything, from the open to the close of that Wednesday night gathering was unbelievable!
Thank you God, for revealing yourself to us like that. Thank you for drawing in all of those people to church on a Wednesday night. Thank you for speaking to us like you did. What a privilege!
I went to bed and slept through the night, and woke this morning, still intoxicated with the joy of that life experience.
There was an extraordinary prophecy given! Hopefully, we’ll have it transcribed sometime today. When that’s completed, I’ll insert it into this blog. So keep checking back if you can!
While we’re on this subject… I really feel like we might be inching forward to a time of tremendous spiritual awakening here in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley!
It’s been predicted by many prophets and wished for by thousands of Christians in this region. Who knows how much longer these expectations will slumber? Maybe, it’s starting to happen? Perhaps, this current surge will continue through the fall and winter?
We Americans should really pray for a sweeping revival, especially leading into our midterm elections!
God forbid, that the Christian church should continue to slumber through these perilous times, domestic and abroad!
The Church of Jesus still has plenty of power, not just for influencing politics… we have the greatest message of hope in the entire universe! We have the LIVING Spirit, who is now poised for a time of ACTION!
It may appear that Christianity is the antiquated religious movement of yesteryear, but you and I can definitely make it the founding religion of tomorrows America!
WOW! I can’t believe I just penned those words! That’s what I’ve been trying to say for some time now… it’s one of the macro premises of my coming book!
Rise now churches. This is a time for bravery in the Church of Jesus! We are the pioneers of faith to a faithless generation!
Let us learn something from the pioneering attitude of Isaiah, the Prophet. He was uniquely passionate for the city of Jerusalem during a time when she also needed a tremendous spiritual awakening!
Isaiah 62:1-3, 6-7
Because I love Zion, I will not keep still. Because my heart yearns for Jerusalem, I cannot remain silent. I will not stop praying for her until her righteousness shines like the dawn, and her salvation blazes like a burning torch. [Again: I will not keep still, I cannot remain silent, I will not stop praying until...]
The nations will see your righteousness. World leaders will be blinded by your glory. And you will be given a new name by the Lord’s own mouth. The Lord will hold you in his hand for all to see—a splendid crown in the hand of God.
O Jerusalem, I have posted watchmen on your walls; they will pray day and night, continually. Take no rest, all you who pray to the Lord. Give the Lord no rest until he completes his work, until he makes Jerusalem the pride of the earth.
We are pioneers! Pioneering A forgotten faith to a faithless new america! And we must “take no rest, all who pray to the Lord. Give the Lord no rest until he completes his work!”
Selah!

not only was last night awsome and I feel lucky to have been there but I could feel your energy through your words today in your blog. I to am still jacked up from last night I hope that we have many more moments like that around our communities. Praise be to God for visiting with us like that. Wow have a great day everyone.
Levi… I know the feeling man! Just talked to Aaron Huffer and he’s still buzzing too! Amazing how God can affect us in such a real way!
I couldn’t say it better than Levi did! Yes!
At a point during worship last night, I asked for more than goosebumps. (not to put down anybody’s goosebumps… ) I wanted more than a “feeling”. I wanted to go past the place I’ve been. Suddenly, God became more REAL to me than EVER BEFORE! As if there was no other reality except HIM! Nothing else, no one else, not even me.
I know He was telling me that the struggle to be good enough, to be righteous enough… that battle I put myself through, is quite unproductive! There is NOTHING GOOD IN ME BUT HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ANYWAY!
We are all responsible for two basic things I think; To first, make the choice for Him, and second, to seek, chase, pursue, uncover–to KNOW HIM! And if we make our “battle” into a battle to know God, He will fill us with His righteousness and all the power we will ever need.
I have said this before and I will love to say it again, God is good and I love my church!! Thanks!!
All I can say is wish I could have been there! It has been a busy day so I just wanted to pop in. I agree that this is the time for the church to rise! I am going to make it short because it has been a long day! Thanks for sharing today! Love you all!!
