My 7 Most Powerful Habits And Why You Should Know Yours Too

Gandhi once said, “Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your values. Your values become your destiny.” From this, we know that habits play a vital role in the destiny process. Do you know your own main habits? Can you list them? Can you see how those habits are shaping your destiny? Here are my 7 most powerful habits and why you should know yours too.

My 7 Most Powerful Habits

1. I Run 45 mins 4 days per week.
2. I Eat healthy 90% of the time.
3. I Pray and study Bible each morning.
4. I Recite my life plan daily.
5. I Read 2-4 books per week.
6. I Manage each project and task with Nozbe.
7. I Rest my mind 15 mins per day.

Steven covey is correct. This has been true in my life. To predict where I’ll be in 5 years, I list my current habits. If those habits are awesome, then I’m headed for awesome! If those habits are weak and shameful, then guess what? Exactly!

I want you to be like the cool stick person in my photo (above). Look at what he’s doing with that cool green pencil. He’s rewriting his future, by changing his habits.

Everyone should follow my lead here, and do this. Make a list of your 7 most powerful habits. Then, you will see if changes need to be made. Form new habits and send your life in a new and better direction. It’s that simple.
