World Forecast

I believe the earth is preparing for her final judgment. I believe sin is reaching a crest. Lawlessness is almost full blown.

I believe in 2009 we’re going to see more and more birth pains; signs that humanity is exhausting the patience of God. For the Spirit of God will not always strive with man, that’s what the bible says., you can go to Romans 1 and take a look at that. There is a point at which God will say, “Enough!”. The entire world will be brought before His throne.

Terror will not be stopped before the return of the Lord; I believe God has said this to me. We will witness seasons of apparent peace, but the evil of terror is around forever. Future generations will always have the threat of terror. For a growing population of the earth is being possessed with end-time Satanic strategies.

I saw a vision of a gigantic banner flying with the word PEACE in bold capital letters. Political leaders and religious leaders will make bold claims about unifying the world this year. These are more and more signs that the end is near. Peace is going to become a huge topic, I saw. People are going to begin to realize that things are out of control. Worldwide they’re going to recognize that.

There is a cry for a savior. There is a cry for a messiah. Worldwide, universally, politically and religiously, the earth is beginning to yearn for a savior. All of these are setting us up for what the bible declares is the rise of the Antichrist . (I’m not trying to flip you guys out, I’m just giving you what God showed me).

National Forecast

America’s heading for the Judgment of God. I see weeks of national mourning just ahead. Yet in our pain we will refuse to turn to the Lord.

I see a very large sector of the American population hardening their hearts toward the Christian church. It’s happening in January and February and persecution is coming to the Christian church in America.

Any solutions presented by this new presidential administration will not be permanent solutions; for we are raging against the hand of God. Yes, we are determined and we will put up a good fight. God will allow us to exhaust every last surge of human effort on our way to epic devastation. If this nation does not return to God, we will collapse in the not too distant future.

I realize it’s inconceivable for any of us to conceive of the collapse of so great a nation. We feel so safe because of our east and west coast ocean buffers. But we have been drifting as we have been sleeping. Our enemies have been creeping closer and closer while we have deceived ourselves into think we are secure.

We are vulnerable. All of our vital organs are wide open. Unless the Lord helps us we will be struck with deadly blows, several deadly blows. War and economic oppression are only the initial signs of a very specific plan for devastating the U.S.A.. Famine, pestilence, natural disaster, civil disaster, war within the physical borders of the continental U.S.

(I go back to a vision the lord gave me a couple of years ago when I was on my way to the Roanoke Airport. And I looked out my widow to my left. My father-in-law was driving. I was on my way to preach at some meetings. I was in the back left side, my wife was on the right, heading South on I-81. I looked out the window and I saw missiles blowing up in the direction of Norfolk. I thought, ‘Could it be God? Could missiles make it to American soil?’)

This is our pride. This is our arrogance: that we are so safe , that we stand secure. This is why we are so bold these days and this is why we must turn. I wrote down what He said, “The majority voice (our majority voice) is saying we do not want Him (God) to rule over us in any way whatsoever.”

We are going to see millions of unbelievers, and many mainstream believers who once saw the value of prayer refuse to acknowledge the Lord in any way. As the ungodly once respected and even appreciated a praying church; this year, they will spit on our prayers.

The Body of Christ Forecast

As I mentioned in the National segment of this prophecy, 2009 will mark the beginning of a sudden persecution of the church here in America. I see a spirit of rage entering into the hearts of the reprobate. They will inflict pain upon the Christian population. Death threats, arsons, tortures and killings against the men and women of God; I saw that very clearly.

Besides these more obvious physical threats will be the less obvious dangers. Many will seek to seduce the anointed. It will be a passion of the wicked to strip the anointed of their spiritual authority. I saw a perversion against religious leaders; a movement in our land to sleep with men and women of God, and to take away their spiritual authority. This will be a big year for lustfulness and perversion. I see a perverted surge especially upon children and upon the Church. Keep yourselves pure; people of God. Live accountable to one another this year. Safeguard yourselves in radical ways from these deadly arrows.

Besides death and perversion, there will be an ever increasing spirit of tolerance and acceptance demanding God’s holy people to remove every last biblical standard. “2009 is only the beginning of these things”, I felt like God said. The Christian church must be ready to respond in love, just like Jesus and His disciples did. We must overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony, according to Revelation 12. Not loving our own lives even unto death. We must love our persecutors and offer them mercy and salvation even right up to our very last breath.

When I was praying I saw religious leaders, good religious leaders being killed. I thought, my God, I know in years past John Hagee was shot at and I know different things have happened to different people, but I just see a violent uprising against the Christian church.

In all of this the church must become a force for intercession in this backslidden nation. See Luke 13: “Why cumbereth anymore the ground with this tree? Cut it down!.” But the intercessors prayed and said “give us one more year and we will dung about it and we will work it and if it doesn’t produce fruit, then come back and destroy it. But give us one more year.”

You know whenever Jeremiah prophesied and it got closer to the end you see these people holding back. There would be Josiah who was a king right before, just years before the final destruction of Judah. He was a righteous king and had brought tremendous reform. We can have a revival in the next couple of years in America. We can see God move in our land again.

But there is a calling, there is a calling for the church to wake up this year and to be serious about following the teachings of Jesus Christ. God said, “I will spare this land for the sake of my righteous ones who have not soiled there garments with evil deeds”. (Revelation 3) “But first I will shine a bright light of judgment on the body of Christ. I will expose the hidden things. This will be a year for my people to come clean. This is a time to humble yourselves. Stop acting righteous without living in the fear of the Lord. If you don’t humble yourselves, I will soon humble you. So humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God and He will lift you up.” That’s what the Bible says.

“I will expose hypocrisy this year. Stop pretending . Stop judging others for the same things you do yourselves. Hurry up and show mercy before you reap the judgment you have sown. This is a year for church people to forgive and forget.” That was tough for me to swallow when I was writing it down. It was tough for me to swallow when I wrote that because the fear of God came over me, I have to live this stuff and this calls for me to take action. I wrote: “It is a time to let people off the hook. If you forgive others, I will forgive you. If you condemn others I will come down hard on you this year.” God said. “I’m going to shine a spotlight on the church. The whole world will see the good, bad, and ugly this year. This is a year of reform for the Christian church.”

For Destiny Family Center:

This must be a year of acting on what is revealed to us. We must show ourselves faithful with little, because God is going to hand out promotions this year.

You are going to see God’s visible blessing on certain ministries this year and there will be no question about that. I said, “God I want that blessing on Destiny Family Center. We have been working in human strength . God, we have toiled until we cant toil any more. I just want to hear you say the word, “Go cast your nets! ” and I want You to bring us a harvest God. A supernatural harvest . And I want it to be that there’s no question about it, ‘God just suddenly blessed Destiny Family Center. He suddenly blessed those people.’

Some will shine like the stars and everyone will know that their brightness is not coming from this Earth. Others will fade away from human exhaustion.

“If you act this year you will receive an abundance of praise from your community”, that’s what God said to me. Specifically to me: “Chuck if you act this year you will receive an abundance of praise from your community. Multitudes will be thanking Me because of you. The world around you will know that you are following Jesus because you cared for them the way He did. They will know because you give them the words of life like he did. They will know because you touched them and healed them like he did. They will see you weeping for them like he did. And they will know that Destiny Family Center cares about whether they live or died. They will know that you are mine because you will love one another this year, and together you will appear as a super hero to their rescue.”

“You will notice a gigantic increase of my presence in your services this year. The joy of the Lord is going to overwhelm you at times. You will laugh and cry with tears of joy. You will clap and dance. You will smile bigger this year than any other year in the past decade.”

“Last year was your lowest year. This year will seem like the highest high for many of you. Last year was rock bottom for Destiny Family Center. You put up a fight and you struggled to work things out on your own, but in the end you have been turning to me. You have been brought to spiritual appetite and I am ready to feed you. This will be a year of mighty revelation. You will sit jaw dropped many days because of the things I am revealing to you.”

“This year is bringing a new anointing. It will be a year of miracles signs & wonders. Look for authentic miracles that confirm the authority that I have given this ministry. Your are mine”, says the Lord. “Even though you have been battered so much over the past several years, I have not taken My eyes off of you. I am still smiling over My people. You are still the apple of My eye. Your love for Me is still intact, and I am going to show this community what you mean to Me.”

“This year I’m going to use My fame to pull strings for you Destiny Family Center. So don’t get caught up in secular trends, the earth is volatile, unstable. Don’t get lazy when things seem to turn for the better. You must not climb back into your beds and go back to sleep.”

“For now you will commit to Me out of the uncertainty of your future. On better days you must stay committed to My words. And do not turn to the left or to the right. Live like people with no tomorrow all year long.”

“If you do these things I will heal your families. I will be with you and I will prosper you. In times of famine, you will be the last man standing, the last company standing. I will hold you upright that nothing will be able to shake you from your secure position. You will not be as unstable as the earth. You will be like mighty oaks flourishing in the house of the Lord.” I know that sounds exaggerated, and you can take it the way you want, but I heard that from the Lord over a period of several days.

I want to pray right now: Father that you would begin to cause the church to rise up with hope. There is no greater hope that is found than the hope that is in the message that Jesus brings. Father this is our year to go out into the world and to give them Jesus full blast. Not holding anything back. It’s a year to live for you. It’s a year for boldness. It’s a year for courage. It’s a year for bold decisions and crazy actions. Father we call right now over this congregation that we would rise up with healing in our wings. That we would rise and shine. That we would rise and shine in a time when gross darkness covers the Earth. That Father You would be lighting us that You would be shinning on us. We need you Father.
